1. take photos of the unimportant moments, if not more than, as often as the important occasions. stolen, quiet bits of time preserved forever will only increase in value.
2. you may encounter hardship, but remember that you have more opportunity to succeed than most and therefor bear the responsibility to use your success to the benefit of others and, if possible, to give opportunities to those with less access.
3. try your best to use the masters tools to dismantle his house. until you have the proper tools, you need to make small progress where you can. it is exemplified by the students speaking against the universities giving them their diplomas. these students are sublime.
4. the institutions claiming to protect us and represent our interests are lying to us. false prophets spewing hate speech and death sentences and suggesting that it is for the best, the greater good, a better world.
5. as a creative, it is not (fully) your fault that you cannot give time to and complete projects. by working a non-creative survival job, you are afforded less time, energy, and inspiration than creatives that are paid for their work.
